Form Settings
Form Settings include the Form name, etc. To access these, click the Edit Settings link in the option bar of the Form Designer.
You can also enter this page by rolling over the rows in the Screens Listing and clicking the View or Edit Settings options.

Import CSV/Excel Questions
When you need to create a big form with many questions, it can be time consuming to build, even using our whizzy Form Designer.
In many cases, the form that you are creating already exists as a Word or Excel file, which contains all the questions. For these cases, our Import Fields function makes it fast and easy to get all the questions into your Form design.

Creating/Editing A Form
To create a new Form, click App Builder > Screens to view your existing screens.
Next select Data Entry Form as the screen type. Give the new Form a name and select an icon for it from the drop down list. The icon will appear next to the form on the users’ mobile devices. This makes navigating your app easier.
